The Original Noble Roman's Since 1973
I began my career at Noble Roman’s Chapel Hill in 1988, when I was just sixteen years old. What started as a part-time job quickly grew into a lifelong passion and a second home. From the very beginning, I was fortunate to learn from dedicated mentors who believed in doing things the right way — the old-fashioned way — with care, consistency, and pride in every detail.
Over the years, those lessons shaped not only my work ethic but also my outlook on business and leadership. I always dreamed of owning my own business, and today I’m proud to serve as a minority owner of the same restaurant where my journey began.
For me, this isn’t just a job, it’s an ongoing legacy, a tribute to those who taught me, and a daily reminder of how far hard work and dedication can take you.
